Need more than plant design?
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Because outdoor plant design is more than choosing a pretty planter and filling it with plants. Scale, sun exposure, drainage, irrigation, seasonality, traffic flow, and the way the space is used all influence what will actually work. Second Nature brings a plant-focused eye to the project, then can coordinate with experienced landscape support when the scope extends beyond. That means you get a more thoughtful plant plan without having to piece together every part of the project yourself.
-
For larger landscape work, such as bed renovation, lighting, cleanup, planting, or broader site improvements, those services can be coordinated with our partnered landscape crew.

Depending on the project, ongoing care can be coordinated through our landscape partner, New Roots Landscaping. For planters, drip irrigation can often be incorporated as well, so watering is handled automatically and the plants are much easier to maintain.
