Moss Wall FAQ’s

Can you incorporate logos, signage, or custom shapes?

Absolutely. That’s one of my favorite things about working with moss. It can take on almost any shape, style, or direction.

Logos, lettering, signage, custom frames, organic shapes, layered textures… there really isn’t much I won’t at least try. Every project is different, and I love figuring out how to make the idea work in the space.

How long does a preserved moss wall last?

The industry standards typically say preserved mosses last 7-10 years with no maintenance, however everyone’s spaces are different so depending on your situation (if you have kids, pets, humidity, too much sun) you may need some repair/replacements before that time comes.

How much does a moss wall cost?

Unfortunately, I’m not able to offer generic pricing for commissions, as each piece I create is unique and has its own pricing parameters.

For custom moss walls, my minimum commission price is $400. Pricing varies based on size, design complexity, materials, labor, and any shipping, delivery, or installation costs.

Since every project is different, I offer free consultations to discuss your vision and provide an accurate, personalized quote.

Do you have any pre-made moss art for sale?

Yes! I keep a small selection of ready-to-hang moss pieces available at Grow Plant Bar in Wichita. You can stop in, see what’s currently available, and take one home that day. I try to keep a hi-light of available pieces on my instagram: @secondnature.ks Shipping can also be arranged if you’re not local.
